Love that you are taking yo...Goodmorning, lovie!! <br /><br />Love that you are taking your health and making it a priority this year! Way to go! I have heard of teh HCG diet, and considered it for my last 10 lbs, but was reminded that this for me is more then the weight... it's a lifestyle. So, it was a no for me.. doh! I have read other folks' diet entries, and I have to be honest, I will have diet envy creap up.. lol... because I have done that before, it would be bondage to me.. and the scale would be once more a noose around my neck, God has said, "uh huh, nope.. not for you lovie, keep on walkin' " :)<br /><br />One word that comes to mind...consistancy. You will lose weight if you choose your method and stick to it. You totally will!! Way to go mommas! And I feel your struggle...Happy Belated birthday! <br /><br />And I feel your struggle...I'm a tall 5'4 and was bouncing between 145 and 147 three weeks ago (oh yeah, I'm only 26). Now I'm training for a half marathon and watching every single calorie and guess what? I still fluctuate between 145 and 147! Oh well...slow and steady makes the turtle skinny, right?
