I'm so sorry, but I don't have any pictures or even a cool post for you. We've had guests all weekend, today was another crazy day of visiting other friends, we have tired, overstimulated kids, etc...
I'll post a proper post and picture of the scale tomorrow.

The Story of the Skinny Turtle
Ok, we all know the story of the tortoise and the hare, right?
Well, the tortoise won the race because he kept up a slow, steady pace. Even when it looked like there was no way in the world the turtle could ever catch up to the speedy jack rabbit, he didn't stop. He didn't give up. He kept on plugging along.
That is my goal with this weight loss journey. Never to give up. Even when the weight loss is slow, even when it feels like it isn't working, even when it feels impossible. Never give up!
And one day, I'll be the turtle and win the race with my weight.
