Day 14

I had 3 small crepes for breakfast, with fat free organic yogurt and raspberry jam.

For lunch I ate a banana, 16 wheat thins and 1 wedge of lite laughing cow cheese.

I feel really tired, run down and peeved at the world. I'm going to just lay low and be still the rest of the day.

    I'm also sorry it's taken so long for me to get back to you. I've been thinking about your question.

    Very soon, I'd like to address your questions in a post. I have in fact written posts on at home work-outs that you can do for your legs, and abs and also what I personally do at the gym for my biceps and triceps work-out.

    I intend to write what I do for my triceps and chest work-out (because I haven't written that one too.) A lot of my arm work-outs involve dumb bell and I can certainly point out exercises you can try at home to get started.

    I'd like to do this post in the next few days.

    In the meantime, congrats on your weight loss. Hope your feeling better soon.
