HA HA HA, I crack myself up! I was just doing the dishes, thinking with glee about my weight loss and it came to me... I started at 171.5. Today I weighed 168.5. That's THREE pounds!!! THREE whole pounds!
I am so much more excited. :-D
Today I've eaten:
1.5 bananas
1 string cheese (Frigo Light)
4 oz of tuna (2 servings)
2 T reduced fat mayo
16 wheat thins
512 calories, 38g protein
